Bambi forest Tshirt

Je vous présente aujourd’hui ce qui est devenu le T-shirt phare de mon placard. En effet cela fait un moment que je cherchais sans trop chercher un patron de T-shirt à manches raglans. Alors, quand j’ai vu le Bambi tee de Jolies Bobines (fait avec avec une version bleue de ce tissu de chez fifi jolipois), je me suis dit: « Nooon! elle a trouvé où ce patron?!! ». En effet Papercut patterns avait sorti un patron de T-shirt à manche raglans. Mais trop beau pour être vrai… le patron coutait 25$. Bien qu’il y ait sûrement une justification au prix de ce patron, personnellement je ne me sentais pas très « à l’aise » à l’idée de payer 25$ pour un patron de T-shirt.  Toutefois  ce que je trouve positif dans ce genre d’expérience, c’est la manière dont, face à certaines situations, nous sommes amenés à chercher, creuser, fouiller, contourner, imaginer, bref… trouver une solution quoi!

Ma solution à moi? Eh ben je l’ai trouvé chez Hey June, avec le patron téléchargeable du T-shirt Lane raglan à 6,53€ (8$).

I am introducing today what has become my favourite T-shirt. In fact I have been looking for a T-shirt pattern with raglan sleeves for a while now. So when I saw Jolies Bobine’s Bambi tee (made with the blue version of this fabric from fifi jolipois), I asked myself: « No way! Where did she find this pattern? ». Actually this is how I discovered that Papercut patterns had in their collection a Raglan T-shirt pattern. However too beautiful to be true, this pattern costs 25$.
Even though there must be an explanation to this price, I personally think that paying 25 box for a T-shirt pattern is quite pricey. But to be honest I sometimes like having these types of challenges as it pushes me to dig, nose around, imagine, and… just look for a way out!

My way out? Well, I found it with Hey June’s downloadable Lane raglan T shirt that I purchased for 6,53€ (8$).

Comme vous pouvez le voir, ma version semble différente du modèle original. Voici les modifications que j’y ai apportées:
– Taille M au lieu de S (je ne le voulais pas trop près du corps)
– Raccourcissement des manches
– Ouverture du col (j’ai appris à me servir d’un pistolet/perroquet pour faire un joli arrondie)
Pour les coupines débutantes, CE PATRON EST POUR VOUS les girls! En plus Hey june inclue 10 pages pratiques qui vous apprendront à bien manier le jersey et les tissus en maille. Il y a aussi un tutorat complet pour réussir ce petit top.

Je suis F-A-N de mon top et je cherche encore de jolis jerseys pour m’en faire d’autres. D’ailleurs Fifi jolipois si tu passes par là et que tu me lis, j’ai une petite doléance à te faire: « Ce ne serait pas top un jersey tête de renard ou hibou orange/ocre sur fond bleu marine ? » :))

As you can see, my version is a little different from the original pattern. Here are the modifications I brought:
– Size M instead of S (I did not want the Tshirt to be too close to my body)
– I shortened the sleeved
– And made the collar wider
For those of my ladies who have just started to learn sewing, THIS PATTERN IS JUST FOR YOU girls! In addition, this pattern includes 10 pages of fully illustrated sewing instructions, including hints and tips on how to sew with knit fabric.
