Please note that laPetiteMaisonCouture labels are registered designs and any reproduction is strictly prohibited. However, you may attach them to your creations intended for sale.

These terms and conditions of sale are entered into between:

On the one hand, the micro-enterprise laPetiteMaisonCouture, hereinafter referred to as “the seller,” and on the other hand, any natural or legal person, hereinafter referred to as “the buyer,” who places an order on the website www.lapetitemaisoncouture.com

These terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer. Before placing an order, the buyer is invited to consult these terms and conditions of sale (available for free on the website).

Placing an order implies tacit, full, and unreserved acceptance of these terms. Any failure by the company to fulfill any of its obligations mentioned in these terms and conditions of sale shall in no case be interpreted by the buyer as a waiver of the terms and conditions of sale.

These conditions may be subject to change without notice. The terms and conditions of sale in effect at the time the order is placed are the ones that apply.

Item Characteristics

The company strives to provide as much detail as possible regarding the items presented. Photos of items on the site are non-contractual; they are described as accurately as possible, but the company cannot guarantee a perfect match with the ordered item (depending on lighting during photography as well as the resolution and calibration of individual computer screens, color shades and material rendering may differ and are not guaranteed). The buyer may not hold the seller responsible for such differences.

Pricing

Prices shown on the site are in euros, including all taxes (TTC).

An electronic invoice is available for every payment.

laPetiteMaisonCouture reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price listed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

Payment and Methods of Settlement

Payments are made directly via credit card or PayPal account if the buyer has one.

Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, the order is sent via La Poste (tracked green letter) within 4 business days, unless otherwise stated on the website www.lapetitemaisoncouture.com on the day of the order. We do our best to meet this deadline; however, if a delay is expected, we undertake to notify the buyer by email (using the address registered on the site during the order). Such a delay shall in no case lead to the cancellation of the order, a price reduction, or the payment of damages. We cannot be held responsible for any extension of delivery times caused by the carrier, particularly in the event of strikes, COVID-19 impact, or loss of goods.

Our textile applications are available for delivery in France and internationally.

Shipping costs depend on the destination of the goods and the rates applied by La Poste at the time of the order.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has a period of 7 clear days to return, at their own expense, products that do not suit them, provided that they show no signs of use or opening. This period runs from the day the order is received. After making a request by email, the buyer returns the item in its original packaging via registered mail. If the products are intact and in perfect condition for resale, the buyer will receive a refund.

Products benefiting from a promotional offer are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Protection of Personal Data

All your personal data will be used solely to process your orders and will never be disclosed to a third party. Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms, you have the right to access, rectify, modify, and delete the data provided.
