The lovely days are here and new patterns and sewing projects are flourishing all over the internet. I wanted to add my two cents to all this. <\/p>\n

The Abena dress. It was during a conference call that I suddenly had this idea for a summer dress. A 100% summer dress made of natural fibers with wide straps and a short bodice. I quickly sketched it in my notebook and refocused on my conference call. A piece of linen later, the dress was ready, ironed and folded in my suitcase ready to go on an expedition to Asia. I ended up wearing this dress EVERY day, and only changed when it needed to be washed. I later posted it on social media and was pleasantly surprised by the positive feedback I received. <\/p>\n

I ended up wearing this dress every single day as it was incredibly comfortable. I only changed clothes when it was being washed and once dry I would wear it again. This is how comfy it was.
